Do you need to get moving after a long day at the office? Then UniFitness on the Aalborg East campus might be just the thing for you.

Staff and students can train for only DKK 103 a month. UniFitness has a fitness room with modern exercise equipment and a wide selection of classes.

When you start at the centre, you can get a personal training programme and a demonstration of all equipment and facilities.

It’s quick and easy to set up your UniFitness membership as you only need your AAU card to enter the centre.

UniFitness is open from 06.00-24.00

Exercise options on the Copenhagen campus

On the Copenhagen campus, staff and students can exercise at AAU Fitness for DKK 99 a month.

The fitness centre is located in building B on the ground floor in room 0.067. You can do both cardio and strength training. The centre is open around the clock and unstaffed.

Exercise options on campus in Esbjerg

In Esbjerg, AAU vacated the building that UniFitness had been located in, as part of the cutbacks on buildings. According to Anders Schmidt Kristensen, Campus Director the possibilities for a discount agreement with a local fitness centre are instead being explored.
