At the meeting we will discuss, among other things:

• What can EventSupport help with in connection with conferences/events
• Information from Facility Support/CAS regarding conferences/events
• Presentations on EasyChair (conference management system)

AAU's Conference Network is aimed at all AAU employees who organise conferences and larger meetings hosted by Aalborg University, and all employees who coordinate conferences and other events can be members of the network. The steering committee organises approx. 1 network meeting per year and in addition, there is collaboration with external partners who offer different types of events to the members.

The network's website (AAU's Conference Network - Aalborg Universitet - in Danish) describes the different phases of a conference process and provides links to relevant and useful websites.
